As the age passes philosophy is getting deep rooted inside.
I feel like calling myself in a term we used to call all the older generation...."Peruusu".
I used to have major discussions with all my peers about what life is all about, are we living our life to the fullest and most importantly are we happy......?????
I cannot say i am unhappy all the time but many a time feel like it.
Even when we are happy we cannot do what we really feel like doing due to the society and the restrictions it has nailed on us. When i was surfing the net i came across the term...."disability". I searched wikipedia for the meaning of it and this is what WHO says
"Disabilities is an umbrella term, covering impairments, activity limitations, and participation restrictions. An impairment is a problem in body function or structure; an activity limitation is a difficulty encountered by an individual in executing a task or action; while a participation restriction is a problem experienced by an individual in involvement in life situations. Thus disability is a complex phenomenon, reflecting an interaction between features of a person’s body and features of the society in which he or she lives."
Do we all suffer from disability?.....I think the answer is a big YES.
Our culture is nurtured in such a way that we all have to lead a life with nothing but restrictions
in both activity and participation (as WHO defines.....).
Are we allowed to yell at the top of our voice, or dance or do what we like to do in public?, bcoz society thinks we are rude, act like a professional, so have to mind ourself, follow what all others do and set an example to others.
Is this is the life we are destined to live.........?????? Yes .......juz follow what others do and supress all our inner feelings!!!!!!
Enna pollatha Ulagamma daa??? We call ourself as normal but call those who does what their brain and heart like to do and not cared about what others brain think as psychosocial disabled people.
We have to think twice before pointing towards the so called disabled people as disabled as the real personality with total disability is no one but
Wish i be one among them and shatter the shackles that has been thrust upon us by the society.

I came thru ur blog jus lik tat chaining from others. I felt upon so nice. I really mean ur dictionary. Good observation over disability. But I think doing things whatever and whenever we want makes added pleasure to our life provided it won't affect other's happiness. And finally a question, why care about what society thinks about us when we not at all spoiling others happiness...?

That is wat running thru my mind all the time and wen u notice the so called disabled they really do no harm to the society but do wat they pursue. We really do not deserve the happiness we get b'coz we do not enjoi it.
