Healthy Recipes

Hi Bloggers,
We blog to share our opinions, fight for a cause, express our anger, our likes and dislikes and so on......
In this blog i am getting a little away from those topics and put across some useful tips to stay healthy and beat stress. This is a selfish blog because i want to keep a note of the tips for myself for future reference as i am very poor in treasuring the articles safely.
Foremost of a healthy living is reducing stress. Adding ginger in our food keeps our mood high through the day and apricots fights headache due to stress. On top of all these being positive, enjoying recreation and meditation serves as better medication.
Junk foods - order of the day in modern world. Oats, oatmeal fights bad cholesterol together with brown rice, green tea and coriander.
Eating apples and garlic will help smokers and city dwellers fight respiratory diseases and power up the lungs.
Sharpening our memory by having fish and flaxseeds regularly.
Olive oil and almonds reduces age related brain disorders.
The more we munch about democracy and politics more chances of blood pressure. So munch about politics and democracy with banana, coconut water and orange juice as these will negate hypertension.
We cannot stop going to fancy restaurants or road shops to have yummy food but Cranberry juice, guava and coriander leaves will take care of our digestive system.
Grapes, wine, lychees, green tea and amla will take care of our fragile heart and help us to enter politics even at 70 and be a C.M or P.M. of our choice.
Yogurts reduces tummy and fight for 6 packs.
We cannot stop staring at the computer for hours together waiting for comments but boiled tomatoes, egg yolk and raspberry reduces eye diseases and help us stare more.
For our older generations mushrooms, papaya and pomegranates to reduce risk of cancer and spinach to prevent knee problems.
I have come to an end of recipes for healthy life and happy blogging.
Adios.
